Social Media Campaign for Barclay Viewforth Church.
This year, Barclay Viewforth Church decided to have an entirely online Easter campaign. Thinking about the lockdown and how we had to restrict the doors we entered we decided to focus on the doors Jesus went through - following his story in a new way.
Each door presented a characteristic that people don't always consider when they think of Jesus. He was a refugee, he was poor, he wasn't afraid to tell the truth to those in power and he broke barriers with his death and resurrection. He was a rebel with a cause.
We used the hashtag #EnterEaster and started the campaign by releasing the first three images as a teaser to generate intrigue.
As the campaign progressed we revealed the full film as well as stills from the film which reveal the scripture that links to the characteristic or story behind the door.
The campaign was shown across BVC's Instagram, Facebook and website.
