I am an Edinburgh based graphic designer with a passion for working with causes and brands that make a positive difference in the social sector.
I take a genuine interest in the work my clients are doing which has two-way benefits. Everything I learn about them allows me to create a brand that really represents them while our conversations also give clients the chance to clarify who their audience is and refine their message to work for them. As an outsider I am able to act as a test audience to help them remove any jargon and reflect on the tone of voice they want to pitch. I can also guide them through what content might engage their audience. My favourite thing about working with clients is learning about their dreams for the business, charity or organisation, learning about their values and why they are doing this. Then I try to put myself and my client in the customers shoes so we can communicate what they need from us, not just what we want to say to them. |
1.Meeting: Don't worry if you don't know what you want - we can discuss what you need and work out the brief together. Estimate: If you're happy for me to go ahead I will put together an estimate which outlines all the stages in the project and what is included. |
2.Research & Initial Ideas: Once the estimate is approved I'll get started on the project and arrange a meeting to show you initial ideas. Development: We'll discuss what ideas you would like to develop and take it from there... |
3.Final Approval: Once you have approved the final versions I will arrange for the work to be artworked and printed, the website developed or the campaign launched. Delivery: Delivery of the printed materials or the launch of the website or campaign. |
